Yes, Steak 48 requires attire that aligns with our dress code.
At Steak 48, we encourage all of our guests to get dressed up for a great experience. In order to maintain an enjoyable environment for all of our guests, athletic wear, excessively revealing clothing, exposed undergarments, will not be permitted. We prefer no printed t-shirts, hats or visors and always appreciate collared shirts and/or sports coats. Please dress as your always elegant selves. You are going to have a great time!!
Yes. Our full bar opens daily at 4:00 PM. We offer a selection of specialty cocktails, wine, and appetizers. View the menus at our various locations here.
Steak 48 is closed on Christmas Day and open on New Year’s Day. For other holidays, please check our hours online or call the restaurant in advance.
At this time, bringing your own wine is not permitted. However, we have one of the best wine selections in the country! Our wine list and reserve wine list are available online.

For easy and convenient self-parking, there is an iParkit parking garage near the restaurant at 50 East Ohio St., between Wabash Ave. and Rush St. Enter the parking garage from either northbound Rush St. or eastbound Ohio St.
Steak 48 is located in the River North District, at 615 N. Wabash Ave., Chicago, IL 60611. The restaurant is two stories, with the second floor offering a great city view of bustling Wabash Ave.

No, reservations are not required. However, we do recommend making a reservation, especially for larger parties or during popular dining hours. Make your reservations by phone or online.
