Steak 48 is operated by Jeffrey and Michael Mastro who have extensive experience running innovative steakhouses. Their goal is to serve the best steaks Houston diners can find. All of our beef is brought in from responsible farms, and we utilize our in-house butcher shop to wet age our steaks for 28 days before custom cutting them by hand to ensure unbeatable quality & taste.
Our prime grade beef is complemented by fresh seafood, traditional side dishes, and unique desserts. Executive Chef Jeff Taylor works closely with the ownership group to bring in ingredients from sustainable sources. If any ingredient does not pass his inspection process, it will never make its way onto our menu.
