Steak 48: Fine Dining Steakhouse Menus
Our menu is built on a classic American Steakhouse foundation and offers much more than a traditional Steakhouse. All of our steaks are cut in house by our Master Butchers in our state of the art climate controlled butcher shop ensuring the highest quality possible. We specialize in USDA Prime beef and feature both wet aged and dry aged selections, the highest grade domestic and Australian Wagyu as well as Japanese A5. Our Chef sources world class fresh fish & shellfish from around the world and flown in daily. The Steak 48 menus are further enhanced with chef curated unique and interesting appetizers such as Maine lobster escargot, Wagyu tartare with deviled egg mousse and side dishes like chef’s famous au gratin potato or alaskan king crab and rock shrimp mac & cheese that go beyond the traditional steakhouse menu.
